    Taught by renowned artist and educator Yan Wenliang, Luo Erchun begun his career in art at the tender age of 16. In 1992, Mr. Luo was granted French residency as a gift by The French Ministry of Culture and Communication and has since frequently traveled between continents. The 21st century has witnessed Luo Erchun’s development as a successful artist as well as his artistic achievements which are testaments to his world wide success.
